Per incident is basic call/email/fax us when you need us at $150/incident. You can have unlimited discussions on the incident until resolved. We will use our remote diagnostic tools when needed and help resolve your issue.

  • 8AM to 5PM EST support hours Monday through Friday (except recognized holidays)
  • 4 hour or less initial response to incoming support calls

Standard Unlimited Support works just like Per incident, but you get unlimited incidents/calls annually.

  • Unlimited phone, email, and fax support for Macola Progression/ES and related applications
  • Remote diagnostic services including GoToMeeting
  • 8AM to 5PM EST support hours Monday through Friday (except recognized holidays) only
  • 4 hour or less initial response to incoming support calls

iPro Premium Unlimited Support is an enhancement over the Per incident and Standard offerings. Unlimited calls, support queue priority, value added enhancements like report development, remote updates, and training, just to name a few.
